Julie Collins
Chair of the Board
Originally from West Chester, PA, Julie has lived in Pittsburgh for almost 7 years. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies with minors in Historic Preservation and Italian Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Julie currently works at Allegheny County Economic Development in the Housing Division. Julie is interested in community development, in particular how we can improve neighborhoods with the residents and existing buildings in mind.
Julie has been a YPA board member since 2014 and resides in the Friendship neighborhood.
